Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services provided by DataSprig (Pvt) Ltd(“DataSprig,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It applies alongside the proposal, engagement agreement, or statement of work agreed between DataSprig and the client (the “Agreement”). Where there is any inconsistency, the Agreement prevails.

1. Nature of Our Services
DataSprig provides professional services, including growth marketing, UX, digital marketing,SEO, GEO, paid advertising, and social media management. Fees are charged for the work performed and the deliverables provided, as set out in the applicable Agreement.
2. No Refunds for Completed Services
Fees are charged in accordance with the scope and pricing set out in the Agreement. We do not provide refunds for services that have already been performed or delivered. Once work has been carried out, the corresponding fees are payable and non-refundable.
3. Deposits and Advance Payments
Deposits, onboarding fees, set-up fees, and other advance payments are non-refundable once work on the engagement has commenced. These amounts reserve our time and resources and cover work undertaken from the outset of the engagement.
4. Ongoing and Retainer Engagements
For ongoing or retainer-based engagements, either party may end the engagement by giving 30 days’ written notice, unless the Agreement states otherwise. On cancellation:
- You remain responsible for all fees for work performed, and for work and commitments
made, up to the effective end date of the engagement; and
- Where fees have been paid in advance for a period extending beyond the effective end date, any portion relating to services not yet performed will be handled as set out in the Agreement.
5. Advertising and Media Spend
For paid advertising services, clients pay the advertising platforms (such as Google,Meta, and LinkedIn) directly for media spend. Those payments are made to, and governed by the terms of, the relevant platform, and are outside DataSprig’s control and the
scope of this policy. Our management and service fees for planning, running, and optimising campaigns are separate from media spend and are subject to this policy.
6. Service Concerns
We want our clients to be satisfied with our work. If you believe we have not delivered services in line with the Agreement, please contact us at sales@datasprig.com as soon as possible. We will work with you in good faith to resolve the matter, which may
include re-performing or correcting the relevant work.
Raising a concern does not, by itself, create a right to a refund, and any good will adjustment we may offer is made at our discretion and is not an admission of liability.
7. How to Raise a Billing Query
To raise a billing question or a request relating to this policy, contact us at sales@datasprig.com with your company name and the relevant invoice or engagement details, and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
8. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Sri Lanka and should be read together with our Website Terms of Use and the applicable Agreement.
