1. Scope
This policy applies to personal data we collect through the Site and through related communications (for example, when you submit an enquiry or receive marketing from us). It does not cover personal data we process on behalf of our clients in the course of providing our services; in those cases we act as a processor under our agreement with the relevant client, and that client’s own privacy policy governs.
2. Personal Data We Collect
a. Information you provide to us.
When you complete an enquiry or contact form on the Site, we collect the information you submit, which may include your name, email address, telephone number, company name, and the contents of your message.
b. Information we collect automatically.
When you use the Site, we and our analytics and advertising partners automatically collect certain technical and usage information through cookies and similar technologies. This may include your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, referring website, and general (city/country-level) location, together with records of how you interact with the Site.
We do not collect special categories of personal data (such as data revealing health, race, religion, or political opinions) through the Site, and we ask that you do not submit such information to us through the Site.
3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. When you first visit the Site, our cookie consent banner allows you to accept or decline non-essential cookies. Essential cookies, which are necessary for the Site to function, do not require consent. Non-essential cookies — including analytics and advertising cookies — are only set where you have given consent, and you can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the banner or your browser settings.
We use the following third-party tools:
- Google Analytics (GA4) — to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
- Meta Pixel — to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show relevant ads on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
- LinkedIn Insight Tag — to measure and optimise our LinkedIn advertising and understand visitor interactions.
- Hotjar — to understand user behaviour through analytics and feedback (for example, heatmaps and session insights) so we can improve the Site.
Disabling cookies may affect how the Site functions for you.

Providing your personal data through our forms is voluntary; however, if you do not provide the information requested, we may be unable to respond to your enquiry or tell you about the service you have asked about.
5. Marketing Communications
Where you have provided your details and we send you marketing emails about our services, you can opt out at any time, free of charge, by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at sales@datasprig.com.
Our marketing is primarily directed at businesses and business contacts. We will always tell you who the message is from and how to stop receiving further messages.

Where we transfer personal data across borders, we take steps to ensure it is protected in a manner consistent with this policy and with applicable law, including the cross-border transfer requirements of the PDPA.
8. How Long We Keep Your Personal Data
We keep personal data collected through the Site for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.
As a general rule, we retain enquiry and contact data for up to 24 months following your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is required to perform a contract, comply with a legal obligation, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Analytics data is retained in accordance with the settings and retention periods of the relevant analytics provider.
